The use of services provided by Turbo7 establishes agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service and Turbo7 will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.
General: By placing an order with Turbo7, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes. You will only use the Turbo7 website in a manner that follows all agreements made with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/YouTube/Other social media sites on their individual Terms of Service pages. Turbo7 rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes. Turbo7 does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation, and Turbo7 will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long. Turbo7 tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

Liabilities: Turbo7 is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media platforms.
Registration: By registering, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or an emancipated minor and are completely able and competent to enter into the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service and comply and abide by them. You may not use fake information while registering your account, including a fake name, fake email, fake phone number, or address. Any attempt at spoofing data will result in your account being disabled.
Service: Turbo7 will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or social account and help boost your "Appearance" only. We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you or remain following you as the social media service might remove them with time. We simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for the moment your order shows "Completed" in our Order log/history page. We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts. You will not upload anything into the Turbo7 site, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or social media community. Private accounts will not get a refund! Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.
Duplicate order warning: If you are placing a duplicate link while one is already in process, then it will be your loss. No refunds for such orders will be made! We cannot guarantee the speed for any of the Instagram Followers Services below $1/k. They can be instant, very fast, or may take up to 48 hours to complete. We cannot cancel any order once placed. Order accordingly. Thank you. If your order has dropped under the start count, we will not refill your order. This is because your old followers are dropping, and we are not covering your old orders. Thank you for your understanding. If you have a problem with any order (such as dropped or not completed), please do not place another order before getting your refund or replacement for the order. If you do so, it will be your loss. We will not provide refunds for such cases as we do not know which server/order gets delivered and which does not. If your Followers/Likes order is partially completed and the service is with a guarantee, we will not offer any refills/refunds in such cases as we partial because of your old drops, especially counts like 500k, 1m, 2m, etc. If your order is dropped and you have placed a new order without refilling your old order, it will be your loss. We won't be able to help you in this case. If you are ordering any refill service and in between, you used any no-refill service, your refill validity will be over for your old order.
Order Description Warning: Before placing an order, we strongly recommend reading the description of the service you're interested in. Each service has its own specific processing method. Please ensure that you follow the outlined procedures when placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for orders that do not adhere to our specified process.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from Turbo7. You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients' Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media accounts. Orders placed on Turbo7 will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Turbo7 account if the order is non-deliverable. Misplaced or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it. Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions. Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders.
Monnify & Credit Cards: You agree that upon purchasing our services, you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via Paystack or any other payment processors. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we reserve the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account, and/or permanently ban your IP address. Since Turbo7 offers non-tangible irrevocable goods, you agree that after the purchase is made, you cannot cancel, stop, or remove any actions that have been initiated. You understand that by purchasing any goods on Turbo7, this decision is final, and you won't be able to reverse it. No refunds or partial refunds are made to Paystack; all credit added must be used on the site. We reserve the right to deny automatic payments for any user until manual verification is performed. Also, note that failure in some transactions can be due to bad network service and not an issue at our end. We will credit all successful payments we receive. Also, note that we might have to file a reversal to Paystack, which might take longer days for your funds to be reversed. Users should transfer or make payments from their bank, as failure to do so will lead to the termination of the account.
